Essential Care Visit

A focused visit covering battery or basic service needs, seal checks, and exterior cleaning. We assess the watch's overall health and advise gently on next steps. Most are completed within a few days, with a short written summary.

Full Mechanical Service

A complete service for mechanical and automatic watches — disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, and regulation, with worn parts replaced as needed. Includes a timing report and water-resistance check, with clear explanation of findings.

Frequently Asked

How do I know which service my watch needs? +

Bring the watch in and we will assess it together at no charge. We describe what we observe and suggest the most appropriate path — it is always your choice whether to proceed.

What is the turnaround for each service? +

Essential Care Visits are typically ready within 2–4 working days. Full Mechanical Services take approximately two weeks. Bespoke Restoration Commissions are paced to the piece — a realistic timeline is discussed before work begins.

Do you service all watch brands? +

We work with mechanical and automatic watches from most manufacturers, including Swiss, Japanese, and German movements. For watches under current manufacturer warranty, we recommend the authorised service centre to avoid voiding coverage.

Are replacement parts original or aftermarket? +

We source period-correct and original-specification parts wherever possible. If a substitute is required, we explain the options and the implications before proceeding. You are always informed before any part is replaced.

What does the written service summary include? +

The summary notes the service performed, any parts replaced, timing results where applicable, and observations for the owner to be aware of. For restoration commissions, documentation is more detailed and includes photographic notes.

How is my watch stored while it is with you? +

Watches in our care are kept in a secure, climate-stable environment, individually tagged and catalogued. We do not leave clients' watches unattended in unsecured spaces.

What are your payment options? +

We accept cash (Thai Baht), bank transfer, and major credit cards. For restoration commissions, a deposit is discussed at the outset and the balance is settled on collection. Full pricing is provided in writing before work begins.
