Return to HomeAssessment Before Action
Every watch that comes to the atelier is assessed under magnification before any service is suggested. We look at the movement condition, the case integrity, the dial state, and the general wear. This assessment costs nothing and takes 15–30 minutes.
From that assessment, we suggest the most appropriate service from the three available — or occasionally, we advise that no service is warranted yet. The decision is yours, made with clear information.
All services are quoted in writing before work begins. All work is documented and returned with the watch on completion.
Essential Care Visit

A focused visit covering battery or basic service needs, seal checks, and exterior cleaning. We assess the watch's overall health and advise gently on next steps. A practical choice for everyday timepieces — quartz watches, dress watches used occasionally, or pieces that have not been examined for several years. Most are completed within a few days, with a short written summary.

Full Mechanical Service
฿10,400 · Approximately two weeks
A complete service for mechanical and automatic watches, including disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and regulation, with worn parts replaced as needed. Includes a timing report and water-resistance check. We explain findings clearly. Suitable for watches that run erratically, have not been serviced in more than five years, or where the owner wants a full account of movement condition.

Bespoke Restoration Commission
from ฿17,800 · Paced to the piece
A patient, tailored restoration for fine or antique watches. Covers movement rebuilding, refined dial and case work where appropriate, and careful sourcing of correct parts. Each commission is discussed with the owner, paced to the piece, and documented in full, so the watch is returned with considered care. For inherited pieces, rare calibres, or watches of sentimental significance.

Protocols Across All Services
Intake Receipt
A signed receipt is issued for every watch accepted. It includes description, observed condition, and agreed service. Matched at collection.
Written Pre-Work Quotation
No work begins without a written quotation agreed by the owner. If findings change scope during service, we pause and discuss before continuing.
Specification-Grade Lubricants
Movement oils and greases are selected by calibre type and manufacturer specification. Moebius and equivalent horological grades are used throughout.
Secure In-Custody Storage
Watches in the atelier are kept in a locked, climate-controlled storage area. No client piece is left in an unsecured space at any point during its service.
Client Confidentiality
Client and watch details are held privately and used solely for service purposes. We do not share ownership records or contact information with any third party.
Service Summary Returned
Every watch is returned with a written record of work performed, findings noted, and owner advisories. This record should be kept with the watch.
